Our story
From a raspa stand to an RGV favorite
In 1996, Carlos was 26 and working more than one job. He left one of them to chase a dream: a little raspa stand on South Conway in Mission.
His wife joined him, the menu grew to burgers, tortas and tacos, and the stand became YUM-YUM, now in Mission and Alton.
Thirty years later, we're still family-owned and still cooking to bring people together through food that tells our story.
